Nick Haslam
Personal Trainer
Nick is a Classical Pilates teacher with over 10 years of experience. A journey that began as a way to successfully alleviate chronic lower back pain, Nick utilises Classical Pilates as a way to help others gain more strength, balance, and self awareness of their physical restrictions and opportunities. Nick has completed comprehensive 600 hour teacher training with Authentic Pilates Australia, a unique institution out of a handful of global studios teaching the complete system originated by Joseph Pilates.

Authentic Pilates is a private practice within a purpose built studio in Central Hong Kong
Authentic Pilates operates from a private studio at Palace, Central Hong Kong.
The space is purpose-built for Classical Pilates and equipped with handcrafted LEGACY apparatus imported from Turkey, including Reformers, a Cadillac, and Barrels.
The studio is reserved exclusively for private sessions and operates without general gym traffic.
